SOPS Hospital Database
大象视频established the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture庐 (SOPS庐) Hospital Database as a central repository for survey data from hospitals that have administered the 大象视频patient safety culture survey instrument and choose to submit their survey data to the 大象视频SOPS Hospital Database. The Database serves as an important resource for patient safety culture improvement. Participation in the SOPS Databases is free and open to users of the surveys to voluntarily submit their data to the appropriate database. In addition, organizations that administer any of the supplemental items with the companion SOPS survey can now also submit data to the appropriate database. Participating organizations receive a customized feedback report with their own results compared to the Database results. The SOPS Hospital Database contains data voluntarily submitted by participating hospitals and is not representative of all U.S. hospitals.

SOPS Hospital Survey Current Database Report Results

The report consists of a narrative description of the findings and two appendixes, presenting data by hospital characteristics and respondent characteristics for the database hospitals.
